摘要
It is the premise and base of improving the innovation efficiency to evaluate the performance of technology innovation accurately. In order to analyze this point, the paper takes Donghu High-tech District as research object, which is the first one of national high-tech districts. The paper firstly sets up the index system of evaluating the performance of technology innovation in Donghu High-tech District, then builds the model of assessing index through DEA method, next measures the efficiency of technology innovation in Donghu High-tech District and analyzes the effect lastly.
