Decentralized stabilization of uncertain symmetric composite systems

摘要
A new extension of the problem of complexity reduced decentralized control design is presented for uncertain symmetric composite systems using the Riccati equation approach. The controller-observer designed for an auxiliary artifical uncertain system whose dimension equals to the dimension of a subsystem in the original system ensures the asymptotic stability of the original system. It includes arbitrary structured uncertainties which are supposed as unknown time varying functions but with known upper bounds. The matching conditions are not needed. A sufficient condition to stabilize such systems using the reduced order system is given and proved. Copyright (C) 1998 IFAC.
