摘要
Flavonoids of spotted milkweed (Silybum marianum L Gaerth.) were optimally separated using reverse-phase HPLC with isocratic elution by CH3CN-H2O over Separon SGX C-18. The flavolignans silybin, silydianin, silychristin, and the flavonoid taxifolin were identified in the chromatograms of extracts from this plant.
