摘要
Novel mono- and bi-decarboxylated betacyanins were generated by thermal decarboxylation of betacyanins of purple pitaya (Hylocereus polyrhizus) fruits and were identified by H-1 and C-13 NMR spectroscopy. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
