摘要
This study explore creative leader behavior in R&D teams based on the leadership theory and then put forward a two-factor structure, including task-oriented behavior and management-oriented behavior. In studyl, the scale of creative leader behavior is developed using three independent samples. Confirmatory factor analyses support the two dimensions of creative leader behavior measurement. In study 2, the antecedents and consequences are examined with another sample of 244 pairs of leader-member questionnaires. Results show that leader's emotional intelligence and expectation for creativity are positively related to creative leader behavior, which is associated with employee creativity and intrinsic motivation in turn.
