摘要
The first example of a biotin-streptavidin signal amplification strategy was developed for a highly sensitive chemiluminescent immunoassay for chicken interferon-gamma at sub-picogram per millilitre level. This approach displays a 415-fold increase in the detection limit in comparison with conventional methods.
