摘要
Stressing the cultivation of intercultural commtinicative competence in foreign language learning has become one of hot topics in the foreign language teaching including Japanese teaching. Acquisition of intercultural communicative competence plays a key role in the Japanese teaching for college teachers, which directly affects students' intercultural communication abilities, and,it is one of the current problems to be solved. This paper discusses the rationality of the author's foreign teaching practice, analyzes Japanese teachers' Acquisition of Intercultural Communicative Competence and proves the effectiveness of foreign teaching practice in enhancing the competence of Japanese teachers.
