摘要
The current Chinese economy has entered a new normal, construction engineering field with its related industries are facing the pressure of upgrading and transferring. Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is an important measure as a response to the current situation of China, it will be beneficial to promote multilateral institutions on developing countries and emerging economies infrastructure construction investment, having a significant impact on the investment the construction of enterprise foreign infrastructure decisions. Based on the theory of hierarchy analysis way of thinking, it analyzes the influence factors of AIIB for infrastructure projects decision-making, both for construction enterprises solve the problem of funding problems, information integration, the leading role of coordination or competition related industries at home and abroad have significant spillover effects, and thus to a certain extent, to provide reference for China's construction industry enterprises outside engineering decisions.
