Analysis of Financial Support to Chinese Private Enterprises Overseas Investment

Overseas investment of private enterprise is an important part of China's strategy of "going out". In recent years, private enterprise overseas investment is activate, presents the characters of large quantity, small scale, and rapid growth. Increasing financial support to private enterprise overseas investment is necessary, because overseas investment is professional, high risk, and the own strength of private enterprise is weak. Private enterprises with different types of overseas investment have the financial need with different characters, therefore, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the financial support system for the private enterprises overseas investment. These countermeasures mainly include to further ease foreign exchange control under capital and financial account, to speed up the development of the internationalization of financial institutions themselves, to innovate products and services of financial institutions, and to construct the multiplex overseas investment credit insurance system.
