摘要
Project management has become more and more popular in the 21st century, and it will surely become an important component and technique of enterprise management. Thus, many. companies have recognized management by project as an emerging management model. But because of uncertainties such as project manager and resource, there must be risk for enterprises to manage by mathematics, comprehensively evaluates risk of enterprise management by project by using improved A-FUZZY, and tries to put forward a simpler, more reasonable and scientific method of quantitative analysis to evaluate the risk of enterprise management by project.
