摘要
Dairy market in South Korea, especially yogurt & fromage frais product market in South Korea has distinctive properties compared to global dairy market. This study focuses on consumer's characteristics which have influence on variety-seeking behavior or inertial(habitual) purchasing behavior. Consumer's socio-demographic characteristics such as age, income level, propensity to consume would affect consumer's buying behavior especially in yogurt & fromage frais product.
