An Adaptive Calibration Method for Parallel ADC Acquisition System

摘要
At present, a commonly used method for increasing the sampling rate is multi-chip ADC in parallel time-interleaved sampling, in theory, which is improving the sampling rate. However, in practical applications, the mismatch between the channel due to the chip ADC is not fully same leading the splicing signal to non-uniform sampling signal, severely reducing the performance of the sampling system. Based on the characteristics of non-uniform errors of the parallel ADC sampling system, establishing the basic model of non-uniform errors estimation and correction. In this paper, a improved variable step LMS adaptive algorithm is applied. In the Matlab environment, simulation experiment show that this method realized the comprehensive correction of non-uniform errors, and is feasible and practical.
