摘要：
Nowadays, tourism attractions are looking to new development modes with other industries cooperation, not only relying on the ticket income. Based on the analysis of the operation status of tourism and exhibition industry, the paper deems it's practicable for the two industries to carry out projects cooperation, in which the relative stakeholders, such as tourism attractions, exhibition organizers or sponsors, exhibitors, visitors, etc., maybe seek more benefits, and then puts forwards some tentative proposals as well as the notice points in the course of actual operation.
