MANAGEMENT PRACTICES FOR DRIVING EXCELLENCE WITHIN ROMANIAN SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

摘要：
Current paper describes a study conducted on Romanian SMEs regarding the management practices currently used by these companies and their contribution in driving organizational excellence. Using a questionnaire-based method, following information were targeted: identifying management practices currently used, establishing the fulfilment degree of each criteria of the EFQM excellence model and establishing the contribution of selected management practices in obtaining a good level of organizational excellence. The study describes the questioning method and the results obtained regarding the targeted information, highlighting the management practices which have a major contribution in driving excellence.
