摘要
Economic culture of industrial enterprises: sociological analysis (by Oleg Kobyak) presents a generalized review of a number of social and economic studies in the industrial enterprises in Russia and Bielarus'. Certain uniformity has been disclosed related to evolving management culture in machine-building enterprises depending on timing of their founding, that is prior to or before recent fundamental changes in domestic industries. Graphic models illustrate changes in functional field of economic culture displayed by 'soviet' vs. 'post-soviet' units. Typical machine-building enterprises exemplify role of innovation processes by shaping management culture largely consisting in optimization of breaking-down fundamental values and norms of culture component parts as reflected in current state of economic relations. Another aspect of the above issue is seen in the ability to stimulate shifting and adopting transformation trends on the level of management culture in each single subject of production process.
