摘要：

The economic benefits of industrial enterprises is an important index to measure the economic growth within a region, and improving the economic benefits of industrial enterprises is an essential requirement of national economic development. For the weakness of parameter methods that there exists the difficulty to determine the weights of indexes, a non-parameter method(EBIE) is provided to evaluate the economic benefits of industrial enterprises based on panel data, and a corresponding mathematical model (M-EBIE) is given in this paper. Then the economic benefits of industrial enterprises in western China is analyzed by using (M-EBIE). By the empirical analysis on the economic benefits of industrial enterprises in Western II provinces from 2000 to 2006, we hope that the economic situation of western industrial enterprises can be revealed since implementing the strategy of developing the western China.
