A comprehensive method of optimizing green product for manufacturing industry based on information entropy (ID: 4-039)

摘要
This paper proposed a dynamic supervising model based on one kind of balance,which needs to get the best result among the economical dffectiveness, the technologic level and the environmental performance from the product in Manufacturing Industry. This model can utilze the resources, material, e.g., Sensor design Power system,etc., more flexible and optimal. There are three modules in the model, saying, economical dffectiveness authentication module (EAM), technologic level trusting module (TTM), and environmental performace mointor module (EMM). EAM can authenticate the demand from enterprises. TTM can adjust trust degrees of the target between short-time and long-time by fuzzy inferences, and provide reasonable trust degrees for RMM to schedule the works process. RMM can discover the influence to the environment, such as pollutions, noise for human being, animals, plants. Once there are some products passing the criterion, and then getting the conditions named green products, the model will provide a result to show the oreder for decision-maker. Because it could calculate an arranged index with flexile entropy weight, the model not only can make compehensive evaluation more d1exible and reliable, but also can optimize the resources and material with oriented demand.
