摘要
Commercial buildings require a significant quantity of energy which has a direct environmental impact. Energy savings can be achieved in A variety of ways, including stricter building codes, smarter design, and the installation of intelligent control and efficient appliances [1]. It is estimated that electric lighting consumes 20-40% of all electricity consumed in buildings.[2]. Therefore, it is advisable to reduce it, so to do so, we propose a smart home system based on IOT where all sensors and actuators are connected to a server. More energy can be conserved by taking into account the contribution of Daylight and the areas' real-time status. In this work, we use IoT and fuzzy logic lighting control to present an intelligent approach for reducing lighting energy consumption in buildings while maintaining lighting comfort. The required lighting output is generated using a fuzzy logic control system that uses the user's guide data while taking into consideration lighting comfort needs and user lighting preferences.
