摘要：
In accordance with the connotation of the enterprise's independent innovation, the authors design 17 measuring indexes and then issued questionnaires among, 40 enterprises ill Jiangsu Province who are aided by special funds for scientific and technological achievements translation. of which 26 key businesses are chosen as samples and analyzed based oil factors, especially oil five common factors with R&D investment ability included. Ill Conclusion, enterprises Should. therefore. strengthen R&D investment ability, R&D output capacity, R&D employees' implementing ability to improve their independent innovation ability.
