摘要
The influence of global economic integration to enterprises of China is deepening increasingly, and how to strengthen the competitive ability in the course of economy globalization is the problem which enterprises of China need to consider. And independent innovation ability is on of the most important factors in competitive ability of enterprises. Making independent innovation ability evaluation of enterprises is a necessary step in the course of independent innovation of enterprises, which is a summarizing of former performance, and it is the scientific base for future developing emphasis and direction. Extension engineering method is a kind of practical method to solve the realistic illogicality, independent innovation ability evaluation of enterprises contributes to promote independent innovation control of enterprises more overall and thorough, and it's significant for enterprises' independent innovation ability, exist and development. In this paper, multilevel matter-element analysis is applied to evaluate the independent innovation ability of enterprises, the system of evaluating indexes are established scientifically, together with analytical hierarchy process determining the weights of the indexes, providing a new way for independent innovation ability evaluation of enterprises.. And multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used for comparison. An example is used to explain that this kind of method has good application, and the analyzing result is reasonable.
