This text discussed the hydrology problem about maintaining Yellow River's healthy life, such as the hydrology circulation creates river's life, the vital and minimum discharge to maintoin the Yellow River's life, and time and space concept of healthy river etc., Pointing out maintaining Yellow River's healthy fife must enhance the work of hydrology test, hydrology forecast, the studies of hydrology science etc.
