摘要
A new method for tracking particles from in-line holograms by using Wigner-Ville distribution is proposed. In comparison with the Wigner distribution, the proposed method has higher measurement accuracy. The experimental results show that the error in measurements of the axial position of the object depends mainly on the resolution of image sensor. (c) 2012 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
