摘要
Enterprises have to take more and more social responsibility as well as seek to maximize the benefits because of the social progress. Therefore, Enterprises must consider the benefit of stakeholders in making human resources strategies. In fulfilling their social responsibilities actively, enterprises can be superior in the competition, and can keep sustaining development. Employees are the most closely connected with the enterprise among its stakeholders, and they are the most important stakeholders. To respect and protect labor rights and interests of them is the most direct and most important content of corporate social responsibility. From the angle of corporate social responsibility, humanism, basic resource allocation and demand, this paper discusses the new mode of the human resources strategy based on driving by the staff demand, and points out that enterprises should win competitive advantage and promote the sustainable development of enterprises through drawing up and carrying out the human resources strategy based social responsibility.
