摘要
Human resources are critical for the development of enterprise; however there are more issues of human resources management about enterprise social responsibility. This paper analyzed the function of human resources management in the enterprise development process, and the relationship between human resources management and enterprise social responsibility, proposed the route choice of cultivation and development of enterprise social responsibility based on human resources management.
