Research on Integrated Optimization of Time-cost-quality of Engineering Project Based on Genetic Algorithm

摘要
Time, cost and quality are main aspects in engineering project management. In consideration of project indirect cost and benefit ahead of schedule, the nonlinear relationship between project activity cost and time, and between quality and time are constructed. The time-cost-quality integrated optimization model of project is established using multi-attribute utility function theory and solved the model with genetic algorithms. At last, an example is given to demonstrate the application and effectiveness of this model.
