Exact solutions of a generalized nonlinear Schrodinger equation

摘要：
Exact chirped soliton solutions of a generalized nonlinear Schrodinger equation with the cubic-quintic nonlinearities as well as the self-steeping were obtained using a variable parametric method. It was found that the formation of solutions is determined by the sign of a joint parameter solely. By performing numerical simulations, the chirped solutions are stable under perturbations.
