摘要：
The nonlinear Schrodinger equation with nonlinear dispersion is investigated. By using the bifurcation-theoretic method of planar dynamical systems, bifurcations of phase portraits and exact periodic solutions, homoclinic and heteroclinic solutions, periodic peakons as well as compacton solutions for this planar dynamical system are obtained. Under different parameter conditions, solutions can be exactly obtained. Fifteen exact explicit solutions of the traveling wave system are derived.
