摘要
Improving the quality of electronic educational materials is a hot topic. Its importance increased significantly with the arrival of e-learning systems and modern teaching technologies that are currently available to the authors of educational materials. Authors of the paper present the results of extensive research, which focused on the effectiveness of training and evaluation of the quality of electronic educational materials. The article describes the most common problems and their solutions suggest using selected rules and standards for the professional video production and audio processing. This paper presents existing standards that are applicable to the process of learning and the management of its quality. The proposed technical standardization in the area of study materials should establish comparable conditions and establish prerequisites for an objective assessment of these materials. The authors also represent a selected didactic rule, without whose application it is not possible to create high quality educational material. Didactic aspects are of course a must-have the point is that we will be able to judge the quality and effectiveness of education, or in the narrow sense of teaching at comparable initial conditions on the level study materials.
