摘要
Two femtosecond laser nanograting fabrication mechanisms, including new ones recently found in our laboratory and related to sub- and near-threshold surface nanostructuring, are illustrated using experimental data for diverse solids nanostructured by 744-nm femtosecond laser pulses.
