For getting the faithful of the customers, the enterprise must find the satisfying of the customers. How to get the satisfying of the customers? And get the faithful of the customers which is build on the foundation of the customers satisfying. Is the developing of the enterprise carry out. This article is proceed with the enterprise practice. To discuss the satisfying of the customers on the theory : the satisfying and the value of the customers. The quality and the satisfying of the customers. The faithful and the satisfying of the customers process the detail researches and the guidance of the practice.
