Microwave dielectric properties of [(Mg0.5Zn0.5)0.95Co0.05]2TiO4 ceramics with BaCu(B2O5) sintered at low temperatures

摘要
BaCu(B2O5)(BCB) was used to decrease the sintering temperature of [(Mg0.5Zn0.5)(0.95)Co-0.05](2)TiO4 ceramics while maintaining good microwave dielectric properties, due to the formation a liquid phase. A quality factor (Q x f) of 28,000 GHz, a dielectric constant (epsilon(r)) of 16.8 and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (tau(f)) of -28.7 ppm/degrees C were obtained for the samples with 8 wt.% BCB sintered at 925 degrees C for 4 h.
