摘要
In today's society where companies are immersed in a globalized and constantly changing context, intangible assets such as knowledge are configured as the most important resources that generate competitive advantages. Based on this, knowledge management and specifically knowledge sharing, has become one of the key processes for innovation. In the present article we analyze if the transformational and transactional leadership styles are directly related to the exchange of knowledge, making a clear differentiation between tacit and explicit knowledge. In a representative sample of professionals of technology companies and using structural equations, it was verified that transformational leadership has a direct and positive influence on tacit and explicit knowledge sharing.
