摘要
Recently, DNA computing has emerged as a promising approach to complete computational process, specifically biochemical circuits. However, most of the well-established previous DNA logic circuits are established using the dual-rail logic. In this paper, our approach relies on an existing method for seesaw gates, then we successfully propose the novel logic gates AND, NOT, OR, NOR, XOR. We can connect these gates into logical circuits that perform the functions of the Half-adder, Half-subtract, Full-adder and Full-subtract. Note that these circuits can be cascaded directly, avoiding the use of dual-rail logic. Finally, the correctness of the logic circuits is also demonstrated by utilizing the Visual DSD design tool.
