An Empirical Study on the Impacts of Organizational Cultural Orientation on Organizational Commitment

摘要
Using data collected from 231 managers and employees in various organizations, the present study aimed to explore the impacts of organizational cultural orientation on fives dimensions of organizational commitment. This study has found that there is some positive correlation between culture of employee orientation and five dimensions of organizational commitment, between culture of task orientation and affective commitment, normative commitment; there is some negative correlation between culture of task orientation and ideal commitment, economic commitment, chance commitment.
