摘要
For universities and colleges, scientific research plays a very important role in improving the level of aggregation, reserving further development power and enhancing international influence. At the same time, the level of management can greatly influence the efficiency of the scientific research. The big data era provides new research scopes, and gives rise to new research tools and paradigms as well. On this basis, we need to put big data as a productivity, and establish the service platform for research projects data and to make the development of process management more dynamic, diversified and scientific.
