摘要
Since 1990s, corporate merger and acquisition (M&A) has become an international trend. However, most of M&A has failed. Despite a variety of reasons, it is one of the key reasons that M&A does not receive effective human resources integration. Therefore, the paper firstly analyzes the existing problems of the human resources integration in M&A. Finally, the paper proposes many measures to solve the problems, such as formulating the detailed plan of comprehensive human resource integration, two-way communicating between personnel and managers, selecting and arranging key personnel and cultural integration.
