摘要：
The objective of the hereby article is the analysis of relations between human capital and regional development. The analysis is based on the structure of Mankiw - Romer - Weil (MRW) model [Mankiw, Romer, Weil 1992]. MRW model follows the trend of endogenic growth models estimating to the role of human capital in economic growth and the concept of growth itself. The analysis was based on data panel about 47 NUTS-2 level regions originating from the European Union countries of 2004/2007 accession (EU12).
