摘要
Under the new media ecological environment, public crisis management is an important factor to affect the country's comprehensive national strength. With the advances in information technology, Media Transmission of Public Crisis has become a key factor in the success or failure of the public crisis management. On the basis of the study on literature, by the analysis of Public crisis management and media relations management current situation, the paper sums up the reasons for the failure of the media relations management in public crisis. On the basis of predecessors' theories and experiences, from the principles of media relations management, mode of transmission, and organizational structure, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to achieve efficient government media relations management and positive interaction with the media, which provides reference to the Public Crisis Management.
