Crisis Early Warning Management System of SME Human Resources

The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are facing many crises. In this age of economic globalization, the crisis of human resources is one of the most critical crises. Therefore, an effective measure to the crisis of human resources is of great importance to those SMEs which struggle to survive in this competitive economic environment By researching the presentations of SI E's human resources crisis, this paper determines the indexes of human resources crisis warming and the warning line of indexes. Then, the weight of indexes and grading table has been determined, by using the fuzzy integration method. Finally, the paper comes to the crisis-early-warning management system of SME' human resources. It could be used as a powerful tool for SMEs to promote their human resources management capabilities.
