Establishment of Early Warning System Model for Enterprises Crisis Management

An enterprise might be confronted with different kinds of crises during its development process. Early-warning system of enterprises crisis management is a pre-management system for enterprises crisis. It analyzes early-warning objects based on formulated specifications and gets early-warning information to find crisis information and appraisal severity of crisis and decide whether to raise the alarm of crisis and pretreat the crisis. The paper summarizes the theories and research evolution of early-warning system of enterprise crisis management firstly. After that a crisis management early-warning system model is presented. By utilizing fuzzy optimization and the BP artificial neural network method, a data analysis sub-system and a warning sub-system are designed and deduced theoretically. Once a serious problem in production and operation process appears, this system can alert in time, and administrators of the enterprise can take corresponding measures to prevent the enterprise from a more serious threaten.
