摘要
Poly-crystalline and single crystal LiNaSO4 is prepared and complex impedance data is measured over the frequency range 100Hz to 1.5MHz for various temperatures. The impedance data is analysed using Cole-Cole empirical function and activation energies are calculated. The non-Debye relaxation and ion dynamics of materials have studied using recently proposed anomalous relaxation function in terms of barrier energy change and trapping of charges. Single-crystal sample shows very high activation energy of 2.2eV as compared to the poly crystalline sample of 1.1eV.
