摘要
Magnetic resonance force microscopy (MRFM) offers a means of performing local ferromagnetic resonance. We have studied the evolution of the MRFM force spectra in a continuous 20 nm thick cobalt-permalloy film as a function of lateral position. We clearly observed localized resonance signals originating from cobalt and permalloy. The spatial resolution in our experiments was determined to be better than 5 pm thus opening up the possibility to perform localized spectroscopic studies in continuous ferromagnetic samples.
