摘要：
A system's hardware is increasingly recognized as an "Achille's heel" in the context of cyberattacks. This paper summarizes hardware security threats known today, along with applicable countermeasures, and discusses their relevance in the analog and mixed-signal (AMS) domain. It is intended to help AMS designers to realistically assess the exposure of their systems to security threats. Moreover, it provides pointers to available defenses and discusses which of their assumptions and prerequisites are valid for AMS circuits and where new solutions are needed.
