摘要：
Overseas direct investment of Chinese enterprises will be exposed to the risks in politics, management, foreign exchange and especially laws. At present, the lack of knowledge of related laws of host country, Chinese enterprises with overseas direct investment are facing a variety of risks in their operating process. These laws mainly include anti-monopoly law, intellectual property law, labor law and environmental protection law. To guard against these legal risks, enterprises have to make analysis of domestic and foreign laws and regulations relating to enterprise investment management process, meanwhile, they also have to strengthen the enterprise legal resource configuration, and improve the enterprise legal risk prevention and control system.
