摘要：
In the context of global warming, developing low-carbon economy has become the consensus of the world. This paper introduces the emergence and development of low-carbon economy, elaborates the role of forestry, and analyses China's forestry strategies at low-carbon economy: to set development idea of low-carbon economy, to establish modern forestry system, to develop forest biomass energy, to establish long-term mechanism of forestry development, and to expand space for forestry development.
