As the biggest developing country, China needs to set up its own development route in the area of low-carbon economy, considering the actual national conditions. In the course of the development of low-carbon economy, we need to construct the system foundation, foster domestic carbon market, make good use of market mechanism and strengthen international communication and cooperation.
