摘要
The capacity is as an iceberg, and above the iceberg, its power is obvious, but inside it, the power is disclosed. The vocational education always trains the students' external professional capacity through the manifest curriculum but ignores invisible connotation in the hidden curriculum: the professional quality. The purpose in the higher vocational college is that it trains the applied talents who not only have high quality and high skill in production, construction, service and management but also humane accomplishment and besides the technique training it should pay more attention to the humane accomplishment so we should lay a solid foundation for the development of the students in taking up their posts and changing in job role through the cultural implication about curriculum. Therefore, we should enhance the construction of the hidden curriculum, establish the beautiful, clean and perfect campus material from environment and the health class culture and the harmonious and friendly relationship between teachers and students to train and nurture their professional characters and help graduates get jobs.
