摘要：

How higher vocational colleges serve the economic transition and upgrading is a pressing issue for vocational colleges in China. This paper, taking Zhejiang College of Construction as an example, introduces some practices in service of upgrading the local economy. Practice shows that the following measures may be effective in economic transition and upgrading. First, give priority to scientific research and innovation to enhance the transition. Second, reform training model so that colleges can provide qualified talents gear to the economic transition and upgrading. Finally, construct service platforms such as service platform of new socialist countryside etc. to promote the ability of social services.
