摘要
The increasingly dynamic business environment stimulates business education to improve the program quality, to ensure the teaching and learning outcome. This paper introduced the idea of assurance of learning from AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business). The implementation process and organization committee were explored by taking the example of the undergraduate program course "management and organization". The evaluation methodology and data collection verification were identified. Finally by closing the assurance of learning loop, it is proved that course objectives are partially satisfied and further improvements are clarified. Through assurance of learning system, the sustainable development of business courses is established.
