摘要：
Technological innovation to create new knowledge is the only rule to win competitive advantage. Enterprise's knowledge structure directly influence on technological innovation performance. R&D activity is the major function to absorb, save and create new knowledge. Under knowledge perspective, R&D's input could be defined as explicit knowledge input and tacit knowledge input as well R&D's output new knowledge. An empirical study was made by 154 high-tech. enterprises' R&D input. It shows us the relation between knowledge input and technological innovation performance.
